Inspir\u00e9 par cette approche humaine et sociale de l\u2019urbanisme, nous avons souhait\u00e9 inviter les plasticiens culinaires Bye Bye Peanuts afin d\u2019offrir au public un moment d\u2019interaction et de partage. Leur intervention prolonge cet esprit cher \u00e0 Garnier, en proposant une performance gustative en r\u00e9sonance avec sa vision et la nouvelle identit\u00e9 graphique du mus\u00e9e,
